Having issues with email delivery or sending? Start by considering these ideas. Check to see if your internet connection is active. There are various things you may check to fix it if it isn’t.
Make sure your email server settings are correct. Check the settings for your SMTP and POP servers.
Verify that your password is functioning. Logging into your CenturyLink email account will allow you to do this. Passwords are case-sensitive, so keep that in mind. You can reset your password if it isn’t functioning.
Verify your firewall and antivirus applications aren’t causing a security conflict. Disable your security software while you test to determine whether that is the issue, but don’t forget to turn it back on after you’re done.
