If you’ve forgotten your username for My CenturyLink, you can request a reminder be sent to the email address connected to your account. Just click the button here or when your app opens.

You can reset your My CenturyLink password if you’ve forgotten it. Your username (see above if you’ve forgotten it) and email address are required.
You’ll receive an email from us with directions on how to finish the password reset.
