Try the following if you’re having problems signing in to iCloud.com:
Make sure the Caps Lock key is off when entering your password (passwords are case-sensitive).
You need to change or reset your password if you can’t remember it or if you get a message saying that your account has been disabled for security reasons (this could happen if someone tries to sign in repeatedly and fails)
