icloud Emails Missing

For an iCloud email missing issue you must first analyze your Internet connection. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, launch Safari and go to apple.com.

  • Visit iCloud.com on a Mac or PC to see if you can get mail for your iCloud email on another device.
  • Make sure that your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch has Mail turned on in the Settings. Turn on Mail by selecting Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  • Ensure that your smartphone receives automated push notifications for fresh data. Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts > Fetch New Data on iOS 14 or later, then toggle Push on. Turn on Push by selecting Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Fetch New Data in iOS 13 or earlier.
  • To test whether Push is functioning, send an email to your account.
  • Tap your iCloud account in Fetch New Data.
  • Restart your device after turning it off.
  • Turn off the settings in steps 3 and 4 and restart your device before turning them back on if you’re still unable to send or receive mail.
