Using the icloud support app on a borrowed device, reset your Apple ID password.
- On the borrowed Apple device, launch the Apple Support app.
- Click on Passwords & Security. Change your Apple ID password Start now.
- Select “An alternative Apple ID.”
- To reset your password, enter your Apple ID and follow the prompts on the screen.
