If your emails are being forwarded to an ISP or other third-party email service (e.g., AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, AT&T, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), the most likely cause of your emails not arriving is that the email server you are using to forward them to has begun to block or flag them as spam.
These filtering systems are seeing a lot of emails that look to be spam originating from your email address and/or from the email server sending the same email to the same email address repeatedly.
POP email accounts can be used to access webmail, and POP email accounts can be set up to be received on your PC using an email client. Setting up the email software on your computer under the heading “Desktop Email Setup.”
