Your received SBCGlobal emails were occasionally forwarded to other email addresses as a result of “Enabled” forwarding settings. You might experience problems receiving emails as a result. Deactivate the “Forwarding Settings” on your SBC Global email account by clicking the gear icon and going to the account’s “Settings” in order to resume receiving SBCGlobal emails.
Similar issues can arise from an unnecessary filter that prevents you from getting email. To fix the problem of “Not receiving SBCGlobal emails,” go to your email’s “Settings” and eliminate any superfluous filters that you may have created.
