Verizon Support Storage Issue

Sign in to My Verizon using a computer’s web browser. Go to Account (at the top), Add-ons & Apps, and Verizon Cloud to navigate.

  • Select “Verizon Cloud” and then “Manage add-on.”
  • Click Verizon Cloud Access.
  • Click the Verizon Cloud online portal link under “Access my Cloud” on the “How to Access Verizon Cloud” page.
  • View the amount of storage being used from the “My Cloud” tab.
  • Might call for scrolling.
  • To modify the storage capacity:
  • Choose Settings.
  • Storage upgrades can only be made by Account Owner or Manager users with full access rights.
  • Choose Settings.
  • By selecting Upgrade Now next to the desired plan, choose a plan.
  • Depending on your account type, other alternatives can be available. Verify your choice, then click OK.
