Zoho Mail Support Can’t sign in

I manage a domain that is connected to Zoho Mail. I engaged the “OneAuth” app’s verification, but it hasn’t been logged since I got a new phone because my old one was stolen, therefore I can’t log in to my email. The verification codes are also missing from my possession because I accidentally deleted them.

When I click on the mail icon to access my email even though I’m already logged in to Zoho, it directs me to the pricing page. My browser then directs me to a new page where I must either enter my domain name or choose “Create email account as @zoho.com” if I choose the free option.
