Zoho Mail Support Email account blocked

Log in to the Admin Console to unblock a blocked account (once the cause of the block has been resolved). In the left pane, select Users. Blocked Users can be selected from the drop-down menu by clicking the Filter button. Users who are blocked will have their accounts listed. By selecting the Blocked icon or by choosing the users you want to unblock and clicking Unblock from the top, you can unblock a specific user.

The error (5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded) appears when the system detects a high volume of emails being sent quickly. Our system will continuously check the emails that are being sent, and if they exceed a certain threshold, your account will temporarily be disabled. After some time, you should try accessing the account.
