A user’s allotted storage is determined by the organization’s subscription plan. A personal user’s storage will be determined by Zoho Mail’s allocation. All of the information in your mailbox, including POP and IMAP accounts, e-discovery, backup and archive, large attachments, trash emails, and any other function that might need storage space, is kept in your account’s general storage.
A total of 100 GB of total storage is allotted to the user. Any Zoho Mail functionality that needs data to be kept can use this storage. The user’s total storage will also be depleted to make room for the storage space required to archive the emails that were kept.
The Zoho account and all POP accounts share storage.
